Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 360propertyva.com and any preliminary discussions with 360 Property VA LTD (company number 13210249). Delivery of services is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or interfere with its operation. Content on the site is provided for information and is not a contractual offer.

Enquiries and discovery calls

Enquiries submitted via the site are used to arrange a discovery call and prepare a scoped proposal. Prices shown on the site (from £125 a week, £500 + VAT monthly minimum) are indicative. The final scope, tier and rate are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Services agreement

All service delivery is governed by a written services agreement covering scope, service levels, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, data processing, IP and termination. No obligation to deliver services arises until that agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

The 360 Property VA brand, wordmark, site copy and design are owned by 360 Property VA LTD. Client-owned content, brand assets and operating data remain the property of the client.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
